Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz. can chickpeas or garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups corn kernels (or 15 oz. can)
  • 2 medium tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 jalapeno seeded and finely diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
