Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg extra firm tofu
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 4 mushrooms chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp no salt seasoning
  • 1 tb nutritional yeast
  • 1 tb liquid aminos
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • salt/pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Press tofu to remove all the water and crumble into large pan.
  • Add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
