Tofu Scramble

- 1 pkg extra firm tofu
- 1/2 red bell pepper diced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1/2 onion diced
- 4 mushrooms chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp no salt seasoning
- 1 tb nutritional yeast
- 1 tb liquid aminos
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- salt/pepper to taste
Press tofu to remove all the water and crumble into large pan.
Add all other ingredients and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
